Make sure the networks in all your homes are secure.
We will provide email and phone-based customer support to answer your cybersecurity, privacy, and identity theft questions; provide advice and guidance on best practices; and troubleshoot issues with any BlackCloak software. Examples of assistance include phishing email review, SIM card review, router security review, and VPN recommendations, among many other topics.
Availability for all plans is Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET with additional availability under the Principal Plan Saturday – Sunday 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET.
We will scan your home network for devices that are accessible to the Internet (e.g., security cameras, home automation system, routers, etc.).
BlackCloak will do all of the following remotely:
Using email addresses you provide, we will continuously scan the Deep/Dark web to find exposed passwords for any accounts associated with those email addresses.
We will review and suggest changes to your privacy, security, tracking, and other settings on each of your Covered Devices.
We will file opt-out requests to the top Internet data broker websites that host your personal information. For a list of sites covered, please visit blackcloak.io/data-removal.
By creating a fake service (often called a honeypot) within the BlackCloak application, we will get immediate alerts when it is scanned forewarning us that someone is trying to access your data. Plus, the fake service will act as a distraction from your real data.
BlackCloak will scan our threat intelligence databases for your home and device IP addresses to determine if any devices have been or are currently communicating with known malware servers.
We will provide training sessions for dual-factor authentication set-up on your email, bank accounts, and social media that natively offer such a solution.
We will provide training sessions on third-party solutions that offer encrypted password safes for storing usernames and passwords.
We will provision a VPN application for each adult to use on Covered Devices with a dedicated username and password that you will control.
Fill out the form and we will send you a personalized link to purchase your BlackCloak plan.
Getting started is fast and frictionless. After completing your purchase, we will provide an intake form requesting the minimal information we need to begin your digital privacy and security assessment. You will then meet with a member of our Concierge Team to review your assessment results, assist with installing and configuring the BlackCloak desktop and mobile apps, and implement privacy and security settings.
Kerry Tary is your personal liaison to Cresset members and will assist with any questions about getting started with BlackCloak.
