Throughout her career, Kerry has orchestrated complex business transformations, established operational excellence, and championed corporate development, all driven with an outcome-focused approach to growth. Her analytical approach applied across functions enables her to consistently translate corporate strategy into tangible value for clients, a skill vital for supporting BlackCloak's accelerating growth and mission to reduce personal digital and privacy risk for its clients.
Prior to BlackCloak, Kerry served as COO at CyberGRX and played a pivotal role in positioning the company for its successful acquisition in June 2023. Kerry’s COO expertise is bolstered by her experience with leading go-to-market functions and human resources for global start-ups, including her tenure as a key figure in Millennial Media's exponential growth and successful IPO.
As BlackCloak’s COO, Kerry champions the company’s distinguished premium customer experience, ensuring the continued delivery of its signature Digital Executive Protection technology platform coupled with its concierge value-added services.
