Parthasarathy has demonstrated an exceptional ability to lead product, platform, and infrastructure engineering teams, significantly improving productivity, efficiency, and morale. His career has been marked by shipping high-quality enterprise, SMB, and consumer-facing products. With experience in overseeing engineering teams of more than 250 members at high-growth startups and enterprises, Parthasarathy is adept at setting organizations up for exponential growth.

Prior to joining BlackCloak, Parthasarathy served as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Yalo, where he led a top-notch technology team across LATAM, the US, and India. His team helped global brands like Nestle, Unilever, and PepsiCo manage their relationships with millions of stores using Yalo’s conversational AI/commerce, marketing automation, CRM, and GenAI platform. He also held leadership roles at ActiveCampaign, HelloSign (a Dropbox company), and Salesforce, where he played key roles in product development and scaling operations.
