Chief Experience Officer
Ingrid is responsible for overseeing and executing on BlackCloak's customer-centric strategies and delivering an exceptional white-glove customer experience resulting in increased customer loyalty.
Ingrid brings over 12 years experience in customer engagement, professional services, privacy, cybersecurity, assurance and risk management. Most recently, Ingrid was Director of Customer Success at ProcessUnity where she was responsible for seeing customer engagements through their lifecycle. Prior to ProcessUnity, Ingrid held leadership and customer-focused roles at Viewpost and RBS Citizens Bank.
Ingrid holds a B.A. in Mathematics from the College of the Holy Cross, a MBA from the University of Rhode Island and a Master's in Information Assurance from Northeastern University.
